Systems Analyst

The Systems Analyst operates in a supportive team environment and plays a critical role in troubleshooting our infrastructure and assisting with overall network administration.

In summary, the Systems Analyst will:
  • Report to the Manager, Systems
  • Provide assistance with maintaining our infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot and provide client support
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy, professionalism and confidentiality
As the successful candidate, you’ll have responsibility for:
  • Administering and maintaining our server environment
  • Assisting with network security
  • Designing and troubleshooting our infrastructure
  • Analyzing and resolving issues while providing superior customer service
The “must-have” skills and qualifications that we’re looking for are:
  • A degree or diploma in Information Technologies from an accredited
  • post-secondary institution or a related field
  • A minimum of ten years’ experience in a related position
  • A self-starter with excellent verbal communication and organization skills
  • Expert computer proficiency operating Microsoft operating systems
  • Proficiency in general networking concepts, CISCO networking technologies, 
in-house and off-the-shelf applications and frontline hardware
These additional skills are considered assets too:
  • Experience working in the financial services industry
  • Experience with project management
