As a Financial Services Representative, you will:

• Provide professional guidance to our members to meet their day to day banking needs
• Provide deposit, withdrawal, cash services and lending services
• Contribute to the credit union’s goals by providing our members with all of WFCU Credit Union’s financial products and services
• Use customer service, sales acumen, drive and enthusiasm are necessary to meet and exceed sales goals

The “must-have” skills and qualifications that we’re looking for are:

• Completed post-secondary education is required.*
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Demonstrated success in a sales or goal driven environment
• An energetic personality, initiative and professionalism
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in financial services and a sound understanding of the lending process is considered an asset

These additional skills are considered assets too:

• Experience working in the financial services industry
• A sound understanding of the lending process
