Beginning March 10, 2020 when you log in to your WFCU Credit Union account using your personal member number and personal access code (PAC) you will now be able to view any personal account memberships and products you are joint on with your member number.

Why is the change in view taking place?
The change in your online banking and mobile app view will allow you to have a combined view of the accounts you are joint to. This will eliminate the need for you have multiple logins and will allow you to view all membership and products you are joint on with your personal member number in one location.

Can I keep my previous layout?
No. The previous layout is no longer available. The functions of your online and mobile banking will remain as they were previous to the change with the benefit of all related accounts being available in one view.

What does this mean for my products and my funds?
There are no changes to your products or funds. Products and funds remain as they were previous to the change.

Will I need a new debit card?
No. Your debit card will remain functional and attached to the accounts that were requested on activation.

Will I see a change to my e-Statements?
e-Statements will remain the same for products that were originally set up using your personal member number.

e-Statements will not be accessible for the accounts which you are joint to.

What are the benefits to me as a result of this change?
You will enjoy the combined view and elimination of multiple logins. The new view will add clarity and organization and make it simpler for you to view all memberships and products you are joint on with your personal member number.
