How do I update my Personal Access Code (PAC)



Using Online Banking
1. Login to online banking
2. Click on the Profile and Preferences link in the left-hand menu
3. Click on Change Personal Access Code (PAC)
4. Follow the step-by-step instructions to update your Personal Access Code (PAC)

Using the Mobile App
1. Login to the Mobile App
2. Select settings
3. Tap Change Personal Access Code.
4. Follow the step-by-step instructions to update your Personal Access Code (PAC)

PACs can also be changed at branch locations by speaking with a member consultant or by calling 519.974.3100 or toll-free at 1.866.500.WFCU (9328)

*WFCU will NEVER call, text or email Members to ask for your PAC, passwords or any other personal information. If a request for this information is made using any of these methods DO NOT provide your information. Immediately report the incident to 1.866.500.WFCU (9328).


How do I set Alerts?

Using Online Banking
1. Login to online banking
2. Select Messages and Alerts from the left-hand menu
3. Select Manage Alerts Contacts and Mobile Nicknames
4. Click Add Email or Add Mobile Phone
5. After accepting the Alerts Agreement, add the mobile phone number or email address where you would like to receive your alerts
6. If you have selected mobile phone enter in the passcode which will be sent to your mobile device. Emails will not receive a passcode
7. Select Manage Alerts from the left-hand menu
8. Under Add a New Alert click on the Security and/or Balance and Activity Alert you would like to receive > Click Add > Select the method you would like the Alert to be sent > Click Submit
9. Repeat Step 8 for each Alert you would like to receive

Using the Mobile App
1. Login to the Mobile App
2. Select Alerts
3. Select Setting > Manage Alert Contacts
4. Tap Add Your Contact Info
5. After accepting the Alerts Agreement, add the mobile phone number or email address where you would like to receive your alerts
6. If you have selected mobile phone enter in the passcode which will be sent to your mobile device. Emails will not receive a passcode
7. Select Settings > Notification >  Turn on Notification
