Scheduled ATM Maintenance

WFCU Credit Union has been notified by our system provider that they will be conducting a scheduled ATM maintenance on Wednesday, October 20 between 9:00-10:30 PM ET as part of their ongoing efforts to continually improve the services they provide.

The scheduled maintenance will cause our ATMs to experience temporary service interruptions.

During this time our online and mobile banking services, automated telephone banking (TeleService), and POS transactions will remain available.

Branch Hours

In 2020, we modified the hours of our retail branches in response to the many challenges and complexities that were presented as a result of Covid-19. As we work to transition to the realities of this new normal, we will be extending the hours of operation of all WFCU Credit Union retail branches.

Effective September 7, 2021, all retail locations with the exception of our downtown location will be open to our members with the following extended hours:

Monday – Wednesday 9:30am – 5:00pm
Thursday – Friday 9:30am – 6:00pm
Saturday – 10:00am – 2:00pm
Sunday – Closed

Our Downtown location will remain closed until further notice. We look forward to continuing to provide our members with the best experience possible.

New Virtual Queuing System

For the comfort and safety of our members we’ve introduced a new virtual queuing system for in-branch visits.  Members can now text us to let us know they’ve arrived, then wait in the comfort and safety of their vehicles until we are ready to serve them. Once we are ready, members will receive a text back inviting them into the branch. For more information visit wfcualerts.ca.
