TeleDirect System Suspension

WFCU is aware that some financial institutions across the country are reporting high levels of fraudulent attempts to their automated telephone banking systems (TeleDirect).

To protect our members and minimize any potential threat of loss, we are proactively suspending automated self-directed telephone banking until further notice.
However, members may continue to conduct banking by calling a live member consultant at 519-974-3100 or toll-free at 1-866-500-WFCU (9328).
Banking services will continue to be available 24/7 through our website, mobile app and ATMs.

New! Members can now Benefit from Added Interac e-Transfer® Functionality.
Enhancements allow members to:

1. Start Receiving Additional Transaction Details

You may now benefit from receiving additional payment details such as photos, invoices and purchase orders in various formats. Accessible through online banking, this richer information will better assist members in reconciling transactions.

2. Receive Interac E-Transfers via Account Numbers
If you are asked for your account information by a 'Sender' using Interac e-Transfer via account number, please ensure you provide the correct information. This will include your institution and branch/transit numbers and your full account number. Click here to find your Account Details for Interac e-Transfer, call our Member Contact Centre at 1-866-500-9328 (WFCU) or visit your nearest retail location.

Virtual Queuing System
For the comfort and safety of our members we’ve introduced a new virtual queuing system for in-branch visits.  Members can now text us to let us know they’ve arrived, then wait in the comfort and safety of their vehicles until we are ready to serve them. Once we are ready, members will receive a text back inviting them into the branch.
